Is Vodafone Idea (Vi) down?

There is "no service" "no signal" "emergency calls only" in Bangalore for Vodafone / Idea / myVI. 560066 Last two days complete loss of signal. No signal bar or zero bar in signal icon. July 13 2023. Is MyVI / vodafone network dying ?
