Mumbai - 50 Kotak app not opening, UPI linked not worked, online transaction not working, and atm said "special pick up 52: card blocked" but the card is active.

Chennai 600026. I went to the nearby kotak branch to withdraw cash but could because servers were down. They asked me to withdraw from atm. Again some network problem. Tried transferring to another bank account, still i could not do that because of technical and network issues. Problem since morning (March 2)
