I have done 34,000 rupees of UPI payment in phone pay the amount have been debited from my account and it is showing the problem is from kotak mahindra bank and I still didn't got my money refund it is not correct by the bank because it's a big amount of 34,000 and no one of kotak bank is responding for my problem I have I request kotak bank to refund my amount

Worst banking experience one can ever face. The server is down every now and then. Can't do payments after shopping. Feels very embarrassing. Can't pay for trading account. One has to face a lot of loss due to this. Can't afford this happening frequently. There should be a final solution for this once and for all

Kotak bank server down since last few hours, Jan9th evening 7:30 is down could not do any UPI payment neither cash withdrawal at any ATM.. it’s can’t so troublesome due peak hours and on urgent transactions.. team upgrade and rectify such issues not during transactional hours.
