Hathway is not working. Even the app is not working after the bill payment. I thought it's network issue in my region (Hyderabad) Seems like it's a big issue in most of the places today!

Internet is down in Kolkata (South). Trying to reach customer care but the service is terrible. They call non-stop on personal number from different phones when the service is up for renewal. But, they have absolutely no customer support when the service is down. Terrible service! Please choose other internet service providers. ZIP: 700075, City: Kolkata.

hathway internet is down since yesterday midnight. Total blockout. Whatsapp bot is not working Tried to reach them through customer care numbers. None of them working downloaded the app and raised the request. Till now, it is not resolved.

Hi! Are we fool paying huge amount for the internet service but when required not getting the service at all. On 24th June 2023 the Hathway broadband was down from 6.00 PM onwards I have made a complaint on the Hathway application but got no resolution even the day after the complaint was made. No one contacted to resolve the issue even if they are open. Hathway broadband sucks and will lose a customer if they would not provide a prompt resolution. Will not recommend to use Hathway to anyone if they go on like this. Once you do not give money to them at a proper time they will cut the service but when even after paying if you have an issue they will ignore you. Pathetic!!! And Worst company. I am from Kolkata, 700097

Today, Hathway is down, even unable to browse in chrome. And also unable to reach with number18004193114, 8040045999, 8069701818, Even after 10:30 customer service is not reachable how can customer resolve their issue in urgent?

110018 Delhi Worst ever services I have taken none of their customer care number or so called app works for complaints and this is not the first time every time same problem this has become a frequent exercise they shut down their systems in the night and it takes whole day to retrieve the services sad state of affairs affairs
