600098, from Choolaimedu Chennai, after the flood it almost a week still no internet working, complaint raised on 6th of dec now it's 9th of dec still the complaint in progress, no response from coustomer care, no one is picking up the call, fed up wtf they are thinking, worst service ever, not at all capable for a handaling the company. Atleast they can't even answer for the status. My goodness done with this trash broadband. Better they can sell tomatoes in Street, not capable for that also.

600050 , Chennai Hathway Broadband is down since yesterday. I've tried almost all the customer care numbers but no one is available . There isn't any updates on when it would be restored and there is no way to reach out to the service providers . As I'm doing wfh it's very tough to work since a week due to this issue while other broadband services have already been restored. Please check on this issue and do the needful immediately.

Hathway not working for the past 4 days in MMTC colony Nanaganallur. Los blinking red. Every time when I contacted Customer care personnel, he says it will be resolved within the end of day and already they have assigned a person. But so far that person did not turnup and till now there is no resolution. Seems there is no adequate field staff to take care outages. This is really frustrating

Internet down since 4th December 5pm IST Elango Nagar South Street, Virugambakkam, Chennai 600092. The LOS light on the modem is blinking red continuously and the internet light is off. Please send us sms updates on fault resolution and ETR as we cannot call anyone to discuss the problem and have logged a fault using the app.
