GTPL is not working in Gandhidham 370201. Intentioally their employees have stop their services. So that their customers change toward airtel or jio.

GTPL internet is not working since past 1 week. My complain ticket is also open. But, there is not further communication from their side. I followed up twice on my complain. they said it is moved to high priority. But, Still Internet is not working.

There is network outage in pethapur Gandhinagar from 2 days .....it is happening regularly...in a week only for 2 or 3 days internet works properly....if it is going to happen on regularly basis then I have to file a complaint in consumer court,..GTPL is not giving proper service to there customer...this is not the way to run a company ...if u can't give service to your customer it's better to run a company

I am facing problames with GTPL internet connection outage since last 1 week.it works for day or 2 and again dose not work for a day, service representatives are giving same answer "wait for 24 hours".Now they are not even responding to mails of complaints, online app for reporting problames is not even registering the complaints.They just put a flag on their app "bulk outage", areee?? Every 2 day you have a bulk outage? What king of service is this? No one has the clue, I doubt, whether they even have qualified staff to address the issues customers are facing...

390023 vadodara our gtpl connection wifi and Lan have not been working since midnight yesterday(3rd June, to today Nighy 4th June) it is very inconvenient as we are barely able to attend our online meetings with ease. Please get it online as my son also cannot play video games!!!!

From Sunday 28th May,2023, connection is not working at all. Have called so many times, no one is picking phone, no answer,no service. Bakwas company. If anyone wants to check proverb " a Bel muze mar' just go for gtpl connection

I complained of my net being out on 30th and got a ticket # and an opt; snd was told an engineer would visit to resolve the broadband issue within 24hrs. When I checked on the gtpl site for the status of my ticket today, it says resolve!!! My net is still down and nobody from gtpl showed up. Don't know what's going on at gtpl. I had to call up and speak with the customercare exec to let them know. But somebody in charge at gtpl got to look into this.
